Project management methodology which advocates variable planning according to constant prioritization and high flexibility for obtaining changes and updates to requirements.

4 main principles:

1. Working in integrative teams - teams which built from: Developers, QA's and Products and works on takes together - the product built the specifications and move to the developer - which built the fetcher by software languages and move the task to QA person for checking if what the product ask is actually came a live.

2. Split the "Big task" to a little tasks which help us to manage the time tabla, sources and priorities any time

3. MVP (Minimal Viable Product) - creation the minimal product for checking it and get feedback ASAP without waiting to all module to be ready for lunch

4. Iteration Workflows- An iteration workflow defines the workers, activities and artifacts that are involved in a particular execution of an iteration in the software lifecycle. Each iteration workflow is described in a table of steps, where each step points to the involved workers, activities and artifacts.
